The view from our room was breathtaking, especially during

Sunset. The waves crashing on the shore created a serene aura, and the staff provided excellent service. the shower pressure was noticeably low, which was a bit frustrating. we had a memorable stay with our family.

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The air conditioning in our room was either freezing or stifling, making it impossible to find a comfortable temperature. I experienced issues with the water flow in the shower, which was frustrating after a long day. the restaurant's service was so slow that we often waited far too long to be acknowledged, despite the fact that the place was not busy at all.

The kids had a fantastic time enjoying the jungle gym, adding an element of fun to our stay.

The hotel could improve guest experience by refraining from early wake-up calls for breakfast, allowing guests to enjoy their sleep.

the hotel was an absolute letdown. the shower barely produced a trickle, and without a fridge, you might just die of thirst. i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, it seems my expectations were too high for this place. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t ignore these glaring issues.

Consider bringing a double adaptor for charging devices. the room lacked sufficient power outlets.

Had an amazing time with my friends here! The location is perfect, right next to tidal pools and great for snorkeling. The pool area is well-maintained, and the kids loved the jungle gym. The staff were friendly, and...

Impressive views of the ocean from my room made for stunning sunrises, and the pool area had a nice resort feel that could easily trick you into thinking you were on a tropical getaway. I appreciated the family suite’s sliding glass doors...

Fantastic views from the Family Room Sea View, with easy access to the beach. Room service food presentation lacked basics like cutlery. Plenty of family-friendly activities like the playground kept the kids entertained. Some maintenance issues in the room should be addressed to enhance comfort.
